Established LHY Tech. Corp. from YT for water pump business.

LHY was established in 2019 as a separated business company from YT STABLE. We have developed and manufactured for EV manufacturing companies since 2013. ​As Tier 1 supplier, we have already produced more than 400,000 units water pump for EV manufacturers.

Our water pumps can be also applied to the water cooling and heating systems of ICE car, computer, agriculture, plant factory, heavy industries, coffee machine, water dispenser, smart toilet, server stations, medical device, air conditioner, water mattress…and so on. 

​In 2022, we started the business of micro motor manufacturing and expanded our business range.   

DEVELOPMENT CAPABILITY

Our China factory company, YHTH, has in-house testing laboratory where we test the prototype and product during developing process. In the lab, we have thermal shock test machine, oven, durability test equipment, salt spray chamber, vibration testing machine, 2.5D measurement, microscope, temperature and humidity test chamber and vehicle temperature simulator …etc.

Besides, there are professional engineers of mechanical, PCB and appearance in our R&D team.

We can customize current products and develop new items according to requirements from clients.

QUALITY CONTROL

In our factory, we have been applying QR code to each water pump as product ID and introduced computer system of inspection data. In 2022, we made traceability system with product QR code for tracing and recording the activities and data from incoming inspection to final product inspections.  ​
